Lying Mr D

I ordered a meal from John Dory from Mr D, on the 15th of Novemeber, the driver arrived much later than the given time more than 30mins after the delivery time, i had sushi as part of my order so the meal arrived hot, i contacted mr d many times no assistance, i messaged the driver if the app, he never rep****, when the driver did arrive and i asked him why he was late he didnt even apologise and just said that take alit doesnt do any maintenance on the motorcycle and it broke down. How is this my problem?? When i made a 3 rd calm to call centre, the agent said he will speak to manager and get back to me, he **** and i have not heard from them as yet, pathetic, disgusted all round service
