Lying Delivery guy!

I am livid right now!! I placed an order on nandos and one item was missing. I made the delivery guy aware, he then told me that he would sort it out and bring me the item. An hour and twenty minutes later no delivery! The guy was basically humouring me, cos there is no order here. I don't understand why he would lie, are there no procedures for these type of situations? Mr delivery is not cheap, we buy here knowing that you inflate the prices, you charge a delivery fee and u also expect a tip. This is not small money. It's a pity Uber eats is not in my area because I would have moved to them long ago!
