Lost Order

I ordered a meal from Debonairs via Mr D on Saturday the 16/09/2023 and it never arrived/delivered to me. When I called Debonairs and I gave them my order number (DFD ***) they told me that it was collected and they gave me the number of the deliver person ***) but the number is not working.
