Lost drivers

The second time a driver got lost while delivering my food. I always order when I am at the varsity and I know that student order takeaways all the time but still the driver dont know the area. Isnt there a training or routine training based on deliveries made. This is not acceptable. to make things worse the language is barrier more especial on the phone.
