Lost a loyal customer through their own actions.

Worst customer service i have experienced in my life! First of all they take my money and no food gets delivered at all. Two calls later from me at 9pm they tell me that oh sorry my order will never arrive and they cannot replace it. Right at the convenient time that most other fast food outlets close. They say i will be refunded, that is fine. Although a refund will not get this bad taste out of my mouth. The next day i call to follow up, first call the guy looses interest in the conversation half way and just stops replying. Call is still going as i can hear background noise. So i call again, this time i get the call answered pretty quickly only to hear the background noise of the call center but no agent greeting me to assist 10 minutes later and a lot of screaming i hang up the call with having spoken to no one. I Proceed to call again and demand to speak to management. The "manager" couldn't give 2 ****s about me being highly irritated with the lack of service and support and basically says we don't want your business. So that is exactly what they will get, no business from me ever again. I will also do my utter best to smear their name at every opportunity i can get. I feel like this is fair as i gave them ample chance to restore my faith in their "service" which they did not come to the party. I will also be pushing emails through to Naspers. Hoping they will fix the **** support they currently have in MR D and reign down fire and brimstone on the useless employees you call customer support, the only thing your supporting is client heart attacks and blood pressure issues. Not once did they update me on whats happening, not 1 email received from them or a phone call. Then again i dont feel special as look at your hellopeter it is flooded with terrible reviews. I wonder what they doing to rectify all the bad, probably nothing based on my experience. I have never used UberEats but you have now forced my hand Mr D. Well done you must be so proud on how you conduct yourselves.
