Littering and servicing bikes

I have been trying to get hold of Mr Delivery head office to discuss and meet on site at one of the shopping centres that there staff go through for pick ups as they are littering and servicing their bikes on site and killing our plants and trees. I have not received feedback nor assistance from them to resolve this. We have customers on site also complaining about the state that they leave the site.
