***** ans Useless

Mr Delivery are turning into the **** company they used to be. Thought they had turned a corner, but now they are back to being useless. Firstly. I complained about the price of food from one of our local restaurants. Mr Delivery said they charge the list price. And when I further investigated I found that the restaurant actually charged them less than list price and they put a whopping 50% increase on the price to me. Paying over R 220 for R 135 ribs and they **** to me about it. In writing. Now today and since yesterday at the least they keep telling me thete are no drivers available. When I asked them how this was possible for a day their response was they like to make sure my food arrives so won't tell me there are drivers when there are not. They did not tell me anything or help me understand why this was happening. And when I challenged them....well. let's say I am still waiting for their response.. 2 days now in Cape Town without drivers. And the worst customer service ever.
