Less valued

So I ordered a meal.The meal arrived incomplete and I had already paid,when I laid a complaint they were not sincere about their apology and refunded me R40.It was not even about the money but more the principal in showing their customers that they value us.I did not feel valued at all but more like an issue where they thought R50 would make up for the inconvenience they caused.I will not recommend them
