What a waste of time dealing with this lady named Lerato Nelani. She cant do her job, she cant follow her own navigator yet she has a rotten attitude and impatient. Poor service. Shes giving Mr D a bad name and its not my 1st time hearing about her till I just experienced her. I ordered KFC from a franchise not 10 min away from me and she cant follow her directions yet when I try to explain to her where am I she insults me and raises her voice on me then rudely cuts our phone calI and cancels my order - been waiting for my order for over an hour she cant get to my location and I am right near god****it
