Lazy driver

My order was cancelled because of a failed delivery, the driver saw that the system was down and decided to chill at the gate, the security guards let the drivers in. I had two orders the one came in and the other one, the driver didn't want to come in, he didn't even bother and now I am being compensated 50% of my order but the driver didn't even come into the estate.

I think this is just ridiculous!
