<p>Where can i start i had ordered a item which on take alot site stated "estimated delivery" for today but when i followed up they mentioned a delay as i was based in a regional area.</p> <p> </p> <p>I was then refrred directly to Mr delivery where a lovely gentleman handled my anxious voice behind my enquiry. He assured me he will follow up and call me back "now" and to my suprise after speaking to him he called back literally within 5 minutes</p> <p>Moments later i get a sms saying my order is on its way.</p> <p> </p> <p>Lawrence, thank you very much for going the extra mile and ensuring my item got to me on time.</p> <p>You are definitely an asset to your organisation and will definitely be an asset where ever you land your career.
