Late parcel, have no clue where it is

I ordered a pc screen from Takealot and paid extra for the same day delivery service<br> Unfortunately, they make use of Mr Delivery as a courier service<br> <br> The courier arrived at my complex in the afternoon and supposedly tried calling me, however both my phones are on and always with me as one is for personal use and the other for business.<br> He then asked security at the gate to take the package, but they refused as they are not allowed to.<br> The courier then marked security on the tracking notes and mistakenly also marked it as delivered, however he did not leave the package and took it with him again to his branch.<br> <br> Upon phoning mr delivery various times, it was established that the package was indeed at the branch<br> I was told that it would be delivered by 3pm. This did not happen<br> Then I was told it would be delivered by 5pm. This did not happen<br> Then upon phoning again, I was told it would by delivered by 8pm. No one even showed.<br> I waited the whole day for a same day delivery which never happened.<br> <br> I phoned them again this morning, now they have no idea whats going on.<br> The rep said he would look into it and get back to me, but its been over an hour now and nothing.<br> <br> Despicable service!!!
