Late order.

Mr D is the ****test delivery company ever. I witnessed it first site. I tried this Mr D app today, placed my order and paid. Then I wait for more than 45minutes, so I get fed up I ask them why is my order late with 30minutes and counting. Waiting for the response I receive an email telling me my order is cancelled I'll be refunded within 24 hrs or a week depending on the bank I use.

On Sunday my neighbour came to me telling me she paid Mr D and they won't deliver, so I thought she maybe never noticed her order never went through but now it's me. I'll never use it again and I'm removing this app. The service is way too poor for my liking.
