Late delivery on a Takealot order

Today I order a product from takealot and i just want to say that MR delivery contacted me to schedule a time for deilvery as it was same day delivery and I paid an extra R35 for it to be delivered same day, This is not my first time this has happened, this is about the 4th or 5th time about MR Delivery. Takealot is awesome, great service from takealot except for the delivery company. I would seriously be careful from ordering same day delivery or even from takealot until takealot changes delivery company. I told Mr Delivery that I would be leaving work before 5pm, as it was a work address and they assured me it will be deliverd before 5pm. I get a phone call from the delivery guy at 5:17 to say he is at my work, so in other words he is late, and there of course there is no one left at my work as it is end of a business day. The one thing about Takealot is they have great service and great products at great prices but they would be even better if they did not have mr delivery as I know lots of people have compaind about this same thing. I have been using takealot since 2008 and I have been really happy with there service but recently unhappy with the delivery company.
