Late Delivery, No Communication, and No Customer Support

I placed an order (Order No: DFD***) which was accepted at 19:44. The estimated delivery time was between 20:43–20:58. However, by 21:33 there was still no delivery, and the app continued to show “preparing your order” with no updates at all.

I attempted to contact support multiple times, but no one answered the phone. This lack of communication and complete absence of customer service is unacceptable.

At the very least, customers should be kept informed if there are delays. Being left without updates and unable to reach anyone reflects very poorly on your service.

I expect an explanation and appropriate resolution for this experience.
