Late delivery followed by cold food

I have been ordering food from Mr Delivery for years now and there service has been good so far. Today I ordered food from a pizza and pasta resturant in bayside mall . The app keeps you updated as to where your order is and gives you an estimated delivery time. The estimated delivery time given was 16h48 . At 16h58 my order had not even been collected I called the number provided in the app to find out what's happening the lady told me she will speak to the driver manager and find out what went wrong. I hear nothing ... At 17h08 I phone again asking what the he'll is going on the order is now 20 min late already ?? And the lady tells me she will take it up with the driver manager. At 17h18 my food arrives ice cold.. am I expected to pay for fresh delicious food and get handed down ice cold I'll handled food with no condiments supp****?? Is this the level of service we can expect from takealot Mr delivery????? So if you want food don't order from Mr Delivery as they might expect you to pay for cold late food.
