Late delivery ,cold food ,incorrect order

Ordered My Food with Mr Deliver and what a nightmare ??, My Food arrived 1 Hour and 30 Minutes late after having to make phone calls to find out what’s happening with the delivers and eventually when the food arrives ,it was cold and it was half of what i ordered and it also not the way I ordered. Called back and they told me I would be given a free deliver on my next order??

I know I’m just a 1 customer and it won’t have an impact to them but I won’t be using Mr delivery anymore.
