Late Delivery

I ordered a parcel (10/11/2015) from take a lot and I received a email that says my parcel will be delivered on Thursday 12/11/2015.I didn't receive any notifications whatsoever from anyone delivering my parcel.I left it until Friday afternoon around 16:00 and phoned them myself to find out what is going on with my delivery.I was told that its on the way to my address as we speak and again no show.I phoned them again on Saturday morning around 11:00 and it was arranged that they would deliver on Monday (16/11/2015) in the time frame we agreed on.I phoned them again trying to find out what the situation is regarding my parcel today around 16:00,I was told that they would deliver before 17:00 and again no show.I am really upset due to the bad service even though I ordered a game a week ago and received it within two days,thus I decided to order from take a lot again unknowingly that it would be the complete opposite of the game order....
