Last use of Mr Delivery

on order placement at 17:30 delivery time was set to be 18:18, we had been phoned stating that there was problems with delivery and notified it to be late, another 30 min later I phoned, at this point it was 19:20, I then got told when asking around the eta that it would arrive 18:45 - this time had already passed, I then promptly cancelled the order as the service consultant couldn't provide me with an actual eta (I had to be at an event at 20:00) - I had asked to speak to a superior and was met with backlash, I had to drive and get my own food after eating and preparing to leave - (20:20) late at cause of this, the driver arrived. I have asked for the superior to contact me and have not been contacted yet nor has my money been reimbursed
