Lack of feedback on an ongoing issue

I requested a refund due to food quality issues on a restaurant and submitted many pictures and reviews on the particular restaurant and no one has even come back to me regarding this. The customer service is shocking as I am getting nowhere writing reviews on the app as no one ever gets back to me!
