Lack of customer service - shocking

Firstly my order arrived almost an hour after pickup from the restaurant The driver was clever enough to mark it as delivered 20 min before actual delivery -**** about his location when messaged Some of the food was missing The food that did arrive was manhandled to the extend that everything was covered in the mash and gravy making all packaging and food disgusting R400 for the order totally messed up and they believe R100 voucher is suitable ?
