Placed an order, money went off my account. App said payment not successfull. After 30 min money was reversed. Placed another order after 20 min the order was cancelled. Been informed that i can wait upto 5 working days for my refund. This is unacceptable. 2 hours later im still without my order and my money. Was offered a R50 coupon for in convenience caused. *** is that?
