KFC The Glen + Mr D = Extremely Disappointing Service

After placing an order at KFC The Glen through Mr D, it took 3-4 calls and a cancelled order for them to tell me what the issue was. Two drivers were requested at which point the first supposed driver picked up the order. The status had not changed at any point on the app, and even the customer care line could not provide me with a manager’s contact information for the call recordings. I was **** to by two different consultants. I have deregistered my account with Mr D because they’ve proven one too many times how unreliable they are and even more so how unreliable KFC is becoming by not checking the correct information. Highly disappointing.
