KFC and MR Delivery poor food quality

I placed an oder today with KFC Rustenbug Waterfall mall via MR Delivery on my oder arrival i noticed that the meat is not fresh and its quality is not good I then logged a complaint on MrD,i was replayed by Sizes who said is getting in contact with the store and i myself called the store myself I spoke to a guy called Sam who apparently is the manager he returned my calls with his personal number and he said i must bring the meat to the store for me to gat an exchange.I don't understand what the purpose of buying via MrD is if i am going to be asked to return food that is not in condition at my cost.I have kids and am not well so should my kids eat meat that is not fresh that i can tell that is almost off-ish and get food poisoning?Now i get an email that said i am rewarded a R50 coupon by MR D over an oder of R250 of my last money of buying my kids food.KFC sells meat that is not fresh and in the quality of that meat am sure they know what i talking about
