Really bad service!!!

This is not the first time something like this has happened with them. My food was swimming in my cooldrink due to it falling over. It was storming 100% outside and this is why this service was thought to be the best idea but then my food arrived wet and not at all edible. I then needed to drive out to get a replacement and thought the refund process would be easy but it's been a nightmare. Giving me a R50 promo instead of refunding my bank account with the money they've taken for the meal which doesn't even cover my meal, so I asked them to keep their refund and give my money back. I've needed to send them images over and over so they can "blame the driver".

My meal was twice the amount it normally is bc they put the pricing up on everything and then add in the delivery costs as well as tip. Send my money back to my account and keep your F# refund.
