*** service from Mr Delivery

I placed an order with Mr D to deliver a snack to my 5 year old daughter's school. We waited 5 hours for my daughter to receive her food. Only for it to be showing it was deliveried on the app.

When I'm enquiried about it. They only refunded my money which will take 5 working days.

Their drivers are unprofessional and their service agents is ***********.
