Just canceled - DFD***9

First time using this app and I regret it. I placed an online order PAID for the order. and it kept saying that the ORDER IS IN PROCESS waiting for the store to confirm that they have received my order. When i decided to call the call center my this lovely gentleman told me that no order placed and i will hopefully get my money back by Monday... He did not even try to see if he can't send the order manually to the store nothing just canceled.... So if i did not call in i would have waited for my ours like a ****** idiot, not knowing that it has been canceled due to a system failure...... my money better be i my bank account by Monday.... they are so quickly to collect your money
