ITEMS MISSING - SUCH A MISSION TO GET HOLD OF SOMEONE AND PHONE NUMBER PROVIDED DOES NOT EXIST!

The app is great but when you have items missing (LIKE THIS MORNING) or you have to get someone hold - THE NUMBER PROVIDED DOES NOT EXIST and you NEVER receive ANY feedback on the queries which is lodged!! This is ridicules
