Items missing from my order but fully paid

Placed an order when delivered the salt and buddy coke and spicy salt was missing, phoned Mr Delivery to be told they will give me a R25 voucher on my next order not good enough now they will escalate it....really. I paid a delivery fee of R20 and a tip and they will escalate it seriously deliver my full order.
