It doesn't Take a lot to know takealot is miles ahead in service excellence

I have been using Takealot since I I could remember for two reasons only ,one being the exceptional service that they give and level of communication when comes to delivering your product to returning it they constantly keep you in the loop and I've been called lazy by my parents for using takalot to buy every and anything , they literally make online shopping less stressful and there's so many ways one can pay it just makes me feel secure because I know that my accounts are in good hands like your packages , I for one can not stand buying a product and not getting communication from the seller regarding delivery or refund and with takealot this problem is resolved . Whoever is behind takealots success , well done for providing world class service , I bought a gift in January and was able to even collect myself and I wasn't given problems upon collecting it .
