It could be more convenient

It would be nice if the can let you know who the person is that is delivering your order. The drivers has no name tags or anything. So maybe they should include the drivers details like name and what car they drive and how to contact them, a few times i tried to contact the driver via the app and the messages didnt go through. Hopefully Mr delivery can work on this.
