Issue with mr d

I recently placed a ordered from pick n pay queensburgh on the mr d app, only for the payment to be deducted from my account but no order was placed on mr d. I tried contacting mr d aswell as the actual store( pick and pay) directly with no feedback. I attempted this today and still got no response, nor have I been compensated for on the mr d app.
