Is dangerous driving accepted at Mr Delivery/Takealot

On the 19th of Feb I had a really bad incident with a Mr Delivery/ Takealot driver, that wasn't even delivering to me. I'm not going to go into that other than to say it involved very dangerous driving. What I would like to address is that Mr Delivery/Takealot managers do not care about customers. As long as they get your money they're quite happy to ignore or make it really difficult to complain about anything else other than your delivery. I received a very generic email response to my complaint, then I was asked to rate the support, which I gave a bad rating to because there was none, now my ticket is closed. Obviously a bad rating is okay and acceptable. I would really love a response and an assurance that something positive will be done. I am hard pressed to make use of Mr Delivery/Takealot as I really don't want to take a chance of having the driver that I had the incident with make my delivery. I have also told my family to not chance it.
