Every single time we place an order we get cash on delivery and being in not such a big town one would think by 10AM in the morning the driver would have small change already. But this is not the case. I have noticed lately it is a trend for the drivers to rock up at your place claiming to not have small change. The other day I told one to go fetch change and he never returned with it. This is unacceptable. I'm not the only one. When I realized this i started asking people living in the area if they experience the same thing. Everyone I asked rep**** yes and trust me there was more 10. Look to tip a driver that is already being paid to do this job is ok. But to be forced to do so by claims of not having change. That is ******ion. I will no longer accept these excuses. As the app states cash on delivery your driver will have change. Not everyone is able to just leave them to ride off with your change that is sometimes more than R50. Please ensure your people carry change or they will hate it to deliver to me or my surrounding neighborhood. I like the service you offer but your drivers are just plain ******. Taking bigger tips than you realize. Here is just a small example. R10 Average from 10 delivery's a day (they do alot more) that is R100 a day and on 21days R2100 this is just during normal working days not even week ends. And then the amounts get even bigger. Tax free bonus your drivers ****** from your customers. Imagine this happens all over south africa. Biggest crime syndicate but the tax man doesn't even know. Please sort out this. As if I had the money to tip the driver I would. You pay him for the job. I have no obligation to give him extra as its a service that he has been paid to do. Stop ******ing money from us
