invading my personal details

my details were used for Uber eats on the 05 July and my question is am struggling to get the address where the delivery was made so that i can open a ***** case for the person that used my logins yet the card was with me. i know this things happen however i feel its only a right thing to do to get more details on that transaction so that i can also be more aware going forward. i tried calling the ubereats call center of uber with no luck. will appreciate at least if they call me back regards to my query just so i can put one ******** behind bars
