Incorrect orders and poor response

I have ordered from Mr D for a while now, and never had a days problem, I ordered from nandos 4 days ago, and there were missing items from my order After reporting it and having a consultant email me 3 days ago saying that she is working on it, I've never heard a word from them again, even though they say they will treat it as a matter of urgency,

I waited an hour for an order that was incorrect which is very frustrating, and then for no one to respond to emails is even more frustrating
