Incorrect order received

On the 19/10/25 I ordered on the Mr Delivery app from Mochachos Mall of the South

I got my order and it was not what I ordered.

On the app the Chimichanga Veg option has refried beans and cheese. I got a Chimichanga with a chopped up soya burger pettie and cheese.

I called the branch, the manager couldnt solve my problem, he gave the call to a lady who told me they don't have refried beans and they use soya petties.

I explained to her that they should put the correct ingredients on the app it's not right that we order one thing and get another. She said well that's how we make it.

I then messaged Mrd WhatsApp line. A person by the name if Moegamat rep****. Asked for me to hang one he's going to investigate. He messaged back saying " Thank you for your patience. Please note that I have checked with the restaurant and they have informed us that the Veggie Chimichanga is indeed made with refried soya beans, unfortunately, due to this, we are unable to provide you with a refund for the item as the item was received correctly as ordered. Apologies for any inconvenience caused"

Clearly someone at Mochachos made him a stupid. There is a difference in mexican refried beans and a soya burger pettie.

I then called the call centre. The lady who helped me asked me to email them a picture of what I got. I emailed them the pic of the Chimichanga and a screenshot of the ingredients.

Long and be hold I get the same reply days after. "Thank you for allowing us to look into your complaint. After our investigation, we found the following: The items you received align perfectly with your order details on the app. To help ensure your future orders meet your expectations, we recommend reviewing the items in your cart before checking out. We encourage you to rate your experience in the Mr D app - your honest ratings help restaurants understand where improvements are needed. Your satisfaction is our priority."

Does no one at Mochachos or Mrd know the difference between mexican refried beans and soya burger petties. What kind of companies are these?

First of all the prices on this app is higher then at the restaurants. We then pay delivery and a tip.

This is not the first time something like this happened. It happens all the time.

Mexican refried beans is not soya burger petties.

It clearly says refried beans not soya petties chopped up. Whether they make it like that or not, they should state it in the ingredients on app properly not put one thing and send another. That is manipulation. I have a screenshot of the ingredients. If I could post it I would.

I will be deleting this app and I will let everyone I know how **** this app and service has become. I will try my best to get people to stop using Mrd.

It was not about the refund. I just wanted them to acknowledge thier fault, a sorry would have been nice but now I'm just angry. Other people would just leave it, wouldn't bother because they know they would get no where. So who's the looser here? US THE CUSTOMERS. Ridiculous.

I hope this get to as many people as possible.
