Incorrect order and nothing done

I ordered a bar one waffle from Spur from Mr Delivery in the evening. I received a classic waffle with syrup instead. I emailed Mr Delivery and did not receive an immediate response. In the morning I woke up to find an email requesting a picture of the wrong waffle that was delivered. My boyfriend had eaten it as nothing was done in the evening to resolve our issue. As a result we could not send a picture. No response received thereafter. Poor response time, lack of feedback and no clear procedures on what to do when an incorrect order is received makes this an inferior option to its competitor. Very poor service
