Incorrect items being delivered. Mr D not taking ownership.

I understand that a company cannot be perfect and that sometimes mistakes do happen. But it is how that company Mr. D responded to that mistake that has caused this to become a 1 star review.

I order from Mr. D on the 31st of August. I order 2 burgers and received 1 burger which was the incorrect burger and secondly hot wings which was not ordered. The packaging was torn and the food incorrect. I reported this directly after opening the package. I then sent them a picture as asked regarding the food and they refunded me for the one incorrect item but not the other. I have emailed them explaining this exact situation and they are not willing to take responsibility and refund the full meal which was incorrect.

Please do not use them rather use any other platform than Mr. D.

This is the second time it has happened to me within 10 orders.
