Incorrect invoice and order.

I ordered a meal with roll's and chips. Roll's is automatically selected and greyd out you cannot unselect them. I recieved a meal with pap an spinach. I logged a complaint and the sent me an invoice with no sides selected. I explained that this was wrong. I the went to the app to see if I maybe made a mistake. I selected chips again as well as the roll's and the accedently placed the order. I immediately loged a complaint to cancel the order before the restaurant accepted the order. I was informed I cannot cancel the order. The invoice showes pap as a side which was wrong I made a screenshot this time showing I ordered correctly (chips and rolls). I sent the screenshot woth the second invoice and explained everything in detail. I got a response stating I did order pap the second time. This is ********* behaviour. Clearly something is wrong with their app or invoice system but they refuse to accept this and keep telling me I made the mistake.
