INCOMPLETE ORDER WITH NO REFUND EVEN AFTER 2 DAYS!!!!!

On 30 September myself and my colleague ordered food on the Mr D app. We ordered a Whopper meal and a Fierce Whopper meal. When the driver arrived with our food the whole bag including our food was soaked in the cooldrinks we ordered with the meal. The paper bag was soaked and tore when we picked it up to take our food. The chips was everywhere and the burgers was also soaked in cooldrink. The driver had the cheek to tell us that we should've ordered bottled cooldrinks instead of the cups but on the Mr D app there is no options to order bottled cooldrinks with large meals. When I called Burger King Lifestyle Centre to advise about what had happened I was told to call Mr D but nowhere we could find a contact number. Eventually the driver called his manager and sat outside our gate for about an hour without a resolution. He eventually left. We logged a query on the app in order for the matter to be sorted out quicker. We received a mail from a person called Mandisa promising to sort the query out but it's been 2 days now and no word from anyone. Do you honestly think this is fair? Firstly this mistake with the soaked food was between Burger King and Mr Delivery. How in hell can you give the delivery guy cooldrink in cups if it must go into a bag? Can't you think for yourself that you should make a bottled cooldrink option available on the app when the food must be delivered with a s******? This is the worst service we ever received from Mr D and Burger King and it's unacceptable that we must pay for your mistakes. We either want the food we ordered or a refund. We sent the food back with the driver because it was SOAKED IN COOLDRINK!!!!! YOU WILL NOT EAT FOOD THAT IS SOAKED IN COOLDRINK SO DON'T EXPECT US TO DO THAT. REFUND US OR GIVE US OUR FOOD BECAUSE THIS IS NOT THE LAST YOU WILL HEAR FROM US THAT I CAN PROMISE YOU!!!!!!! YOU MUST REALLY BE *********** TO DO SOMETHING STUPID LIKE THIS. THERE IS NO OTHER WORD TO DESCRIBE THIS THAN STUPIDITY!!!!
