Incomplete order received as well as other headaches.

Placed an order at 11:20am, at 12:20 i phoned because thre was no tracking info. Was informed that the order had not been placed due to a techical issue, the cancelled the order and re-placed it. At 13:27 i finally receive the staff's friday meals, lo and behold, all extras ordered and paid for have not been included in the meals and then some ingredients that come standard was also omitted. Mr. D has been NO help with rectifying the situation at all. I honestly do not know why we still use them, every time we order it is a stuff up, so much so, that i now order food at 11:20 so it will hopefully arrive in time for lunch at 13:00, with no luck even then. This was the last time.
