Incomplete order and burnt food

So Mr Delivery, you order a buy 1 get one free meal, they only send 1, you call in and tell you its not the deal, but I followed all the steps on the app, and now I'm down money as 4 where going to split cost... false advertising!!! And the food is burnt and dry
