I placed an order via Mr D on Thursday 7 May 2020 , my order was then declined and I took the transaction as unsuccessful. a few days later I checked to see on my statement that I was still charged for the order. I cannot acmes the Mr D account - It's not pulling through on any email address I provide.

I HAVE BEEN LIAISING WITH ALMOST 10 CONSULTANTS AND NO ONE CAN HELP ME. HOW IS THIS EVEN POSSIBLE. THE ONLY RESPONSE I GET IS WE ARE LOOKING INTO IT, IT HAS BEEN ESCALATED - HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE YOU COMPANY TO INVESTIGATE A FINANCIAL QUERY. THIS IS unacceptable ON SO MANY LEVELs.

No one called me , nothing and my cell number has been on all my email trails.

My husband is still waiting on a refund that was done for a similar transaction.
