I ordered KFC and put very specific delivery details the driver Bennett went to the building that's abandoned and broken down even has no windows across the street he didn't come over the road where there are actual shops open and operating if he did he would have found me I was walking to the front and saw him across the street i went out and called him and told him it's my order I'm starving and I've been waiting for my food then he tells me he cancelled the order and head office says he must take the food there he refused to give me my food and told me to order again and pay again.. are you joking!? I then called the head office which is the Pomona branch for this area and they keep putting the phone down in my ear! I'm very angry and frustrated this is unprofessional service I've never in my life received such bad service I want my money back.
