My food didn't arrive, again... I call the restaurant I'm being told my order left more than 30 min ago and they gave me Mr d food numbers of which I called and was told they would contact the driver, I ask the agent to give me the drivers number too only to find out the number of the driver they have on record is their call centre number, really such incompetence really... Now told they'll refund and more than 2 hours later I still don't have my food and yet the app when I track the order it says my it has been delivered to me 2hrs later but I still don't have my food
