Incompetence

I just ordered a meal via Mr D Food(DFD**********1) from McDonald's Hatfield. The driver took the order instead of delivering he is saying he delivers only in Menlyn. But the order address is written Arcadia. Now he is saying he is taking the order back to McDonald's Hatfield and I should request an uber to fetch my order. Now his phone is even off and I cannot track my order. So basically I must spend another money to request uber to fetch my order whereas I already paid. And again fetch which order because he left with it?

Such incompetence and will I get my refund back?
