Impressive Support and Response Time

Within an hour of submitting a complaint about an incorrect order, I had received an email stating that they had received my support request, and another email containing a reply and a coupon for the value of the items of food I was missing. I think this kind of support is so necessary and being helped so quickly was just amazing. I think it was also around 6pm that day. This company is working so hard to keep things running smoothly and keeping their customers happy! I definitely prefer using the Mr D platform over UberEats.
