Ill treatment and sworn at by the driver

I just had my food delivered at work and the driver was very rude to me. Firstly I got a call from him and asked me "Should I leave or not" and I said "excuse me" he responded by starting to shout at me and said, "I am here with your food or should I leave with it". I told him that is no way of speaking to a customer and he continued shouting and I hung up on him to go get my food at our customer reception area.

When I met the driver by the door as he was leaving with my food, I realised it is the same guy who delivered my food on 31/03/2022 order #DFD***3 and he was already rude on the day that he delivered my food and all of this happened in front of colleagues and there is camera footage as evidence of what transpired.

I told the guy that he will not speak to me in the manner that he spoke to when he is calling me on my phone and I told him it is not the first time he is doing it. He started shouting at me and pointing his finger in my face and threatening to leave with my food and I said to him "if you paid for my food and if you pay my money back then you can leave with the food but since I paid for it, you will not leave with my food''. I started shouting at him as well telling him to give me my food and he continued shouting at me with the bag of food in his hand. I was so frustrated and embarrassed by the treatment from your driver in front of my colleagues and I said "**** it". He responded to me and said " **** you too", I asked the driver why is swearing at me whereas I said "**** it''. He continued swearing at me telling me to call the office and complain about him and shouting up until my colleagues came out to try and stop the altercation and that when he left.
