Ignored complaint

Over the weekend placed my food order and my child's order was missing. So frustrating because my child couldn't even wait for the food to be delivered and when it arrived the food was missing from the complete order. Spoke to the driver that delivered and he just told me he can do nothing about it. I followed the rating process put in my complaint and still have not heard anything since then. I paid for food that was not received.
